Mindfulness. Is all about meditating, morning and evening? No, it isn’t.
The whole of the day offers opportunity for exploration. clarity and insight
Have you tried mindfulness practise?
Have you have attended a once-a-week evening course for six weeks to reduce stress or a weekend workshop?
Mindfulness provides tools/practices/methods/ways to clarity of heart and mind, directly to the daily life experience.
You do not have to sit and meditate, morning and evening.
You can practice mindfulness:
· in the bathroom at start of the day,
· on the bus to work
· having a coffee latte with a friend,
· time with family, colleagues
· time alone
· at the desk
· a walk/sit in the park
· and more.
Your practice will develop worthwhile values, peace of mind and empathy for others. Here is our flyer for our six month Zoom course starting in October 2023 available worldwide.
The practices contribute to wellbeing and wisdom throughout life.
Mindfulness Training Course
Our Mindfulness Training Course offers a six month Zoom training (Module 1) with teacher support for beginners, those with experience of short courses and those who have attended residential retreats in the Buddhist tradition.
Course with worldwide participants starts in October 2023 with places for 50 people with small groups in either English or German
We feel confident you will thank yourself for decades to come for making a commitment to the length of time. The course started in 2011 and developed into a Mindfulness Teacher Training Course (MTTC) in 2016.
If you complete the first module, you can join the second module the following month to train as a mindfulness teacher. On completion of 12 months training, you will receive a professional certification (CPD), as well as our MTTC.
Some people take a sharp intake of air when they see the cost of a mindfulness training. We have made our course as affordable as possible.
You pay a registration to cover time preparing, running the course and follow-up support.
During the course, we invite donations – an expression of trust in the kindness of others.

When I first started practicing meditation, I would feel at peace alone at my kitchen table, but later in the day when my children brought up unresolved trauma, I would go back to automatic behavior or nervous system overload and reactions. To do the work and heal and practice mindfulness throughout the day is the real integration we are all seeking. Thank you for offering this course!
