Guided Meditation on Choiceless Awareness
Sit still with a tall posture. Both feet firmly on the floor. Sit in an upright chair.
Experience an expansive awareness. Know the contact with the immediate world through sight, sound, smell, taste and touch.
Experience the senses without desire to choose an object of interest, nor fix upon or substantiate anything, via the senses or inner experience.
Abide with choiceless awareness through experiencing a full sense of presence without any preference for a specific sights, sound, thought….
Neither indulging in memories, nor pursuing future dreams.
Do not look for something to happen in the present.
Allow your whole being to rest in this choiceless awareness.
Remember awareness arises subject to conditions – energy, interest, calmness and more, nor grasp onto a view of unconditional awareness.
Permit a palpably transforming silence and stillness to pervade your being.
Remind yourself, there is nowhere to go to, nowhere to stay fixed on, nowhere to come from.
Abide without holding onto sights, sounds, smells, tastes, touch, feelings or thoughts.
Neither hold onto experiences, personal or impersonal
Neither grasp onto unity or diversity, oneness or change.
Be receptive to any insights or realisations that might emerge in the meditation on choiceless awareness.
