Now, that’s an adventure. Thank you very much (!) for sharing your experience and, most importantly, the changes to your lifestyle. So many people die of this silent killer. The other one, related, is arteriosclerosis, which leads to stroke. I don’t know the exact number, but I believe 25 pct of people die within a year of a stroke. So the other number to know, beyond one’s BP, is your ApoB and lipid levels. They are easily lowered with lifestyle changes (or a statin). Elevated ApoB, over time, will literally kill you.

Thanks so much for sharing this Christopher. For me as I get older the advice is really useful and I take it to heart. I hope you stay well, stay fit and healthy. Love and respect to you. Mike

Christopher, thank you for detailing your experience. I have high BP myself and Angina, so I know some of the same symptoms you describe. May you enjoy better health and ease in days to come. I appreciate your teachings over the years since a retreat with you and Sharda in the 90's at IMS. Kind thoughts and all good wishes.
