Take steps. Real steps. The steps confirm you are breaking away from the unresolved/problematic past, present or future or two of these time periods or all three. Y

You might be frozen in the wanting mind.

Connect with groups. Just because you want to change features of your daily life does not show that you want to. Your confirm you are serious through taking the necessary steps.

Don’t delude yourself into thinking you, alone through your own efforts, can live a life with peace of mind, integrity and wisdom. Happiness, confidence and creative initiatives will elude you until your initiate tangible changes.

A human rarely can make a meaningful change to their life without divine or human intervention.

Otherwise, your ongoing thinking becomes a weight in your mind.

There are signals indicating you want to change but you do-nothing about the wanting. These signals include self-blame, regular fault finding with yourself, worry, anxiety, frustration, unhappiness and daily boredom. You feel frustrated with yourself and project the frustration onto others.

People interested in deep and worthwhile changes come together in person or online to support each other in a journey of waking up. That means you have taken a step from wanting to action. The first real step is the everlasting step into discovery and infinite realisations, alone and with others.

What are some primary steps?

1.      Find a group you share your experiences with and learn from each other.

2.     Make a deep commitment to attending those meetings. That means giving them a high priority.

3.     Take notes of what you learn about yourself and what you learn from others.

4.     If the group has a teacher/leader/facilitator, then bring questions and take notice of wise counsel.

5.     Ensure you find ways to apply the benefits to your daily life.

6.     Develop confidence, apply trust and take on challenges, small or big.

7.      Experiencing love, happiness and clarity of mind show signs of development.

8.     At times, you may experience two steps forward and one step back. Keep going.

Methods, techniques, mindfulness, reflections and meditations can make an immense difference to your life. Your practices contribute to losing the power of past hindrances and unresolved ways of looking at yourself and others.

You can get to know your strengths and deepen them further. Such application of self-knowledge can reduce frustrated thinking and a negative self-image.

The power to say NO to moodiness, apathy and identification with powerlessness and behavi0ur nourishes wellbeing.

You might even develop spiritual sensitivities and a deep awareness of intimacy with people, near and far, creatures and the natural world.
