Why Go to a Silent Retreat? Time for Silence. Time for Teachings. Time for our Interior Life. Time for Nature.

I am off to Germany to give a retreat starting in late June and two retreats. back to back in late July.

You are very welcome to join.

We develop mindfulness/meditation in four postures. Why? Because we spend most of our life in of the four postures - sit, walk, stand and recline.

We reflect. Why? We have experiences in relationship to past, present and future to squeeze the honey out of these experiences - to quote the Buddha. This means uncover the insights to change habitual ways of thinking or develop fresh ways of living.

We go deep. Why? To expand consciousness, to listen to the depth and live with a liberating wisdom.

Wake up at 6 am. End of day 21.30. Nutritious food. Glorious nature. Beautiful people.

Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.

You can also email me about the retreat itself. christopher@insightmeditation.org

Email the centre for administrative details.

Thank you.
