Session falls into three parts.

1. A guided meditation on Emptiness

2. A 30-minute teaching on Emptiness

3. Q&A on Emptiness in spoken or written form.

OUTLINE. Exploration of ultimate teachings requires listening, reflection/meditation rather than sitting to wait for an experience. Emptiness does not require a specific experience or sequence of experiences.

Experiences depend on Emptiness, not the other way round.

The ultimate reveals the emptiness of self, ego, I and my – including self-interest, self-help and self compassion.

This session will explore the contractions forming self, positive/negative and the way our minds have become wrapped up in roles and socialisation.

Insubstantiality of self confirms emptiness. Knowing Emptiness makes everything possible, which generates an authentic happiness.

DO NOT THINK

• Do not think the wisdom of emptiness will come out of the blue, a magical arising out of nowhere - on or off the meditation cushion.

• Do not think the wisdom of emptiness will come from intellectual comprehension.

• Do not think the wisdom of emptiness is just another view.

The wisdom of emptiness reveals an indisputable truth.

Yes, this is a bold statement.
