We are taking registrations for the next MTTC. Become a certified mindfulness teacher.

Our mindfulness course is now in its 15th year.

We began with the 12 month Mindfulness Training Course in 2011.

This evolved into the Teacher Training Course since 2016. MTTC provides a CPD Certificate, a professional accreditation valid worldwide. You will be an authorised mindfulness teacher.

Trainees join from around the world for the online teaching. We cover a range of themes including comprehensive mindfulness/meditation practices for six-month Module 1 and six-month teacher training for Module 2.
