Christopher will guide us in examining karma not through abstract theory, but through our direct experience and practise.

He urges the West to integrate teachings/practises of karma as one of the deepest applications of psychology available for humanity.

An inquiry into karma and its consequences would transform the mindset of all those who understand its significance in our activities, past and present.

Together, we’ll investigate the connection between our intentions, actions, and the outcome – both in meditation and daily life.

We can realise a liberated action (karma), free from any weight from the past, wholesome or unwholesome.

Live classes begin at 7am GMT / 8am CET each morning.

Replays will be posted in Sangha Live’s dharma library for viewers in other time zones.
