Here are a few words on features of the course followed by names/nationalities of our teachers, assistant teachers and co-ordinator.

Time to time, some people say to me they have no time to practise mindfulness. It is often an impression of mindfulness as a pracice seperate from daily life, such as sitting in meditation at home, morning and evening.

MTTC has an expansive priority. You can practice mindfulness of breath/body scan/choiceless awareness and more sitting on the bus going to work, sitting quietly in the coffee shop and, taking a couple of minutes regularly, while sitting at the desk. Same principle applies to walking, standing, reclining and exercise.

You will receive teachings and practices on mindfulness in the act of listening to another/others and listening to inner responses/reactions at the same time. We offer teachings on major themes from matters of the heart, depths of clarity and applying wisdom to daily life.

First module is a six month mindfulness training course and second six month includes training and practices in teaching mindfulness, developing inner authority and clarity in communication with a certificate at the end of the year. You can attend the first module or both.

You can teach mindfulness in conjunction with your skills and understanding in other areas. MTTC provides the knowledge, practices and skills for such integration.

You will learn a lot from each other with people from more than a dozen countries on the MTTC.

MTTC offers regular contact with all participants. If you are unable to attend our once a month weekend sessions, perhaps due to a holiday or health issue, we provide everybody with an audio recording.

There are opportunities for 1-1s with any of us, plus a designated 1-1 assistant teacher. Small group meetings with a teacher will also be recorded.

This approach ensures a continuity of connection.
