Mindfulness Teacher Training Course comes to a close. Trainees response

MTTC. Next 12 month Course starts June 2025

Nshorna (co-teacher) and I gave the session on Saturday 5 October 2024. MTTC started on 7 October 2024.

We had participants from 16 countries around the world. People developed beautiful friendships through the year, which will continue.

Our 90-minute closing session included senior teachers’ reflection on the year and an invitation to participants to share a few words with us all.

Zoom transcribed the audio recording into the Chat column. Nshorna, five assistant teachers, Jude (MTTC Administrator) and myself appreciated the kind words.

I am so grateful for this year. I am into a totally different era of life.

Never forget you are making this world a bit of a better place. I don't know of a happier way to live.

Thank you for the expansive view of mindfulness beyond the confines of self-improvement and technicalities of meditation.

My small group has been the greatest gift. It provided a safe community where I have been able to heal.

The course really provides a wonderful model on how to spread mindfulness in our society

The course is really well organized with a lot of tools for every dimension of daily life.
