A year of practice with ongoing support of teachers and other practitioners develops the inner authority to share the practices with others in a teacher/facilitator role.
Upon completion of the year, you will receive an MTTC certificate and CPD, a professional certificate with worldwide recognition to teach mindfulness.

Formal practice of mindfulness
The formal practices applies primarily to four postures.
Sitting
Walking
Standing
Reclining (horizontal).
Formless practice applies to all other engagements
Practice of mindfulness includes the range of activities, indoors and outdoors, in our daily life.
Six primary methods/techniques support the four postures.
Mindfulness of breathing.
Body Scan. Focus/concentation starts from the top of the head and systematically experience the range of body sensations down to the soles of the feet.
Full awareness of the whole body.
Mindfulness of feeling tones and their influence on thoughts, intentions, states of mind, views and attitude.
Expansive awareness. Choiceless Awareness. Abiding fully receptive to what reveals.
Loving kindness meditation, including friendship and love.
