Bio of Dr. Joyonto Saha and Sonja Seibt
As a teenager, Jonto began his intensive study/practice of the Hindu tradition, as taught in a modern form by Ramakrishna and Vivekananda. He experienced his first retreats at the Waldhaus with Nicole Stern and Christopher Titmuss. He took part in the Mindfulness Teacher Training Course (MTTC) with Christopher Titmuss and Ulla König and also completed his yoga teacher training. Spiritual reconnection and Eastern wisdom teachings are an essential part of his medical and naturopathic work.
Sonja studied health education and works as a mind-body medicine and Ayurveda therapist. Her practice and training as a yoga teacher and Vipassana (Insight Meditation) & Dharma teacher by Christopher Titmuss resulted in healing synergies. These treasures nourish the powers of self-care and the awareness of our deepest being. Compassionate and transformative practices are used to develop emotional balance, mental clarity and physical well-being through our heart wisdom.
