Learn to appreciate diversity 5. Live in unfulfilled fantasies. Breathe in and out long and deep as a step towards clarity 6. Setting up boundaries to keep out difficult people Expand your circle of contacts 7. Feel something is missing Experience what you appreciate 8. Distorts reality See a thought as a thought 9. Tires the mind, produces headaches Recognise life outside excessive thinking 10. Blocks access to deep insights Calmness and meditation develop depth of receptivity. Remember Wise thought keeps you grounded Wise thought contributes to dissolution of problematic states of mind.
