Wanting, merciless craving Horror getting what you want Just to repeat dark desires What lurks behind this Rumbling of unrest? Discomforts and disconnect Eternity of torment.
Rhetoric of letting go A strategy of desire To subvert any change Rebirth of the unseen Going on, on and on A wheel of events that Spins into misfortune. Dark night but no sign of dawn Burning sun but no shadows Freezing night, naked exposed Thoughts of working on yourself A mantra of misery With thoughts made of dust A house of insecure cards Adding one card too many. You can’t live a lifelong Picnic; empty cup on lips Naked in an empty bath Wearing still unwashed clothes Knowing a cold universe Plan of studied apathy Sparse of warm intimacy Tell me where can mind settle Except on top of itself? Oh, Belief, Belief, Belief Blind spots with flashing red lights Biting strawberry on cliff edge Tasteless experience widespread Clinging on outcome dangling As fall leads into dark descent Forgotten world crumbles apace. Meanwhile the light shines through Mind’s edgy formations Regardless. The light that reveals comes From the same light That enlightens. Never forget.
