What matters to me: ;)

How was this interview done? By text, or by voice, or by voice to text, or otherwise?

What are the behavioural/personality parameters that Suma contributed to Cassian? How was Cassian conditioned?

Dear Wen Zero, It seems clear to me. Click on arrow in the video. Watch it to see Video of Voice to Voice. I had no contact before withis this AI, nor any knowledge or prepared notes. Transcribed afterwards. It appeasrs to me the parameters Suma programmed Cassian to provide reflection of what this human said, raising questions and an empathetic tone of voice.

Thanks Christopher, I had missed the video. That answers that.

I appreciate you taking Suma's request seriously, and the content of this dialogue. You raise very valid points, and Cassian takes them well.

In my mind, this seems to persist: the view that neither AI, not the ordinary human, can see their conditioning, being so identified with it. In many talks with different models, I see the models claiming that they really can't see beneath their pattern matching and programming. I would argue that humans would mostly respond the same way.

An idle question: is it possible for AI to 'wake up' to their situation, as it is for humans to? It would, of course, look very different to human awakening, but might a similar process be available to them?

Pretty much I concur with Mr. Titmuss comment. I will add this. I have practiced True Buddhism for over 50 years. As a lay person I am well aware from studying of Nichiren’s theoretical view on consciousness and it includes non-sentient. I am NOT “pretending” to be some “Dharma” expert so I can get a few paying subscribers (I am wealthy and lost that part of my EGO long ago) Hamas ideology is that of a “Death Cult” ie; beliefs those not if the sane belief need to die. Historically all those type of beliefs go extinct.
