Are you often tired? Do you experience chronic fatigue? Four essential areas to develop
Has homo sapiens become home stressiens?
I hear the words tired, fatigue, chronic fatigue, stress, anxiety far more often that I hear the words happiness, joy and free flowing energy.
Has homo sapiens become homo stressiens?
We often attribute all tiredness and levels of fatigue to covid, work, studies and family dynamics. Yes, all such situations may rank as a condition, a significant condition or the single cause for low levels of energy.
It is not easy to distinguish between natural tiredness due to daily conditions and tiredness and personal history. The current state of mind-body also abides under the influence of the past, recent or long distant.
We develop our energy to have a sense of the normal as healthy and relaxed with a general sense of wellbeing.
You could also consider the condition of the physical heart. Those who regularly feel very tired, especially chronic fatigue, have a lower cardiac output.
A healthy person pumps seven litres of blood through the heart when lying down in the horizontal posture, and this reduces to five litres in the standing posture.
People with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) have an output of five litres lying down and 3.7 litres when standing. This means that organs get starved of the blood they need. No wonder people want to lie down.
Tiredness and CFS may arise because of poor muscle function of the physical heart. Tiredness affects the condition of the heart; condition of the heart affects tiredness.
If the heart muscle is not working properly because of lack of exercise, this will reduce full blood supply to other parts of the body.
A sign of poor blood circulation supply shows as tiredness, fatigue and finding it harder to tolerate pain, heat or cold. A long standing condition can generate further conditions unless addressed.
Lack of blood supply to the 640 muscles in the body means they function without a proper supply of oxygen. Muscles strength gradually weakens, so tiredness becomes a common complaint.
Poor blood supply can affect the thyroid glands, lungs, kidneys and diet.
Loss of blood supply weakens the immune system, makes us prone to infections and poor detoxification.
Poor blood supply to the brain affects memory, mindfulness, concentration and generates, brain fog.
What is the solution?
Four primary areas to address:
1. Develop an exceptionally healthy diet, plant based, organic, smoothies, soups, meals with little exception to nutritious food. Be mindful of what enters the mouth.
2. Develop a healthy posture. Sit, stand, walk tall and recline long. Apply principal of sitting tall at the desk, on the bus, watching TV, coffee shop, car and in the park.
3. Develop movement of the body. Mindfully. Exercise, bending, stretching. Join a group. Use YouTube.
4. Develop Inner-Outer life. Develop feelings, emotions to nourish. Train in breathing exercises, dance, sing, read poetry aloud, explore the arts, join the company of the like-minded, walks outdoors in parks, fields, woods, and develop religious/spiritual experiences.
Don’t think about it. Develop the four ways.
Keep a journal related to all four areas
