Testimonials

“By the end of the course, I felt a genuine connection with each person who had taken part. It was rewarding to see how the sessions created space for people to pause, reflect and explore their own thoughts and emotions. Delivering the course has strengthened my confidence and reminded me why I value mindfulness so much.” From S in UK.

"I wish to share my deep appreciation that the MTTC also relies upon support from donations. Deep bows to your ethics and the belief that teachings should be available to everyone. I feel so blessed to have found this course which continues to inspire and challenge me in equal measures." D. from USA.
