A Short Online Course

Mindfulness and Wisdom for Daily Life

Mindfulness, reflection and meditation offer reduction of stress, stability and fresh perspectives on situations.

Our course provides practices and reflections suitable for daily life. The course includes guided meditations, an opportunity to ask questions and practical talks on mindfulness.

We will meet on Zoom three times a day on Friday and Saturday – one session for 45 minutes and two sessions for 60 minutes.

Due to your family or work commitments, you might not be able to attend all the meetings. Please attend as much as you can. You can listen to recordings of the meetings when uploaded.

All times below are CET. UK time is one hour earlier than CET.

Thursday 16th of July

20:30 – 21.00 – Introduction by Christopher and Ulla

21:10 – 21:30 – Guided Meditation

Friday 17th of July

8:00 – 8:30 – Guided Meditation

8:30 – 8:45 – Instructions for the morning

15:00 – 15:30 – Guided Meditation

15:30 – 15:45 – Instructions for the afternoon

20:00 – 20:30 – Guided Meditation

20:30 – 21:00 – Evening talk, with Questions and answers

Saturday 18th of July

8:00 – 8:30 – Guided Meditation

8:30 – 8:45 – Instructions for the morning

15:00 – 15:30 – Guided Meditation

15:30 – 15:45 – Instructions for the afternoon

20:00 – 20:30 – Guided Meditation

20:30 – 21:00 – Evening talk, with Questions and answers

Sunday 19th of July

8:00 – 8:30 – Guided Meditation

8:30 – 9:00 – Closing Circle
