Three previous MTTC for trainees have taken place since 2017with participants from more than 20 countries.
We are happy to let you know that we will offer a new Mindfulness Teacher Training Course. This course will start in October 2021 with places for 65 participants. 20 people have registered for the MTTC so far. Around 200 people have participated since the start of the MTTC courses in 2017.
Mindfulness tools, practices and courses have an important social role in this time of much stress, anxiety and insecurity. Mindfulness teachers can show the way forward to support public servants, institutions, thoughtful businesses, families and individuals, who wish to develop skills for calmness, clarity and wise action in challenging situations.
MTTC addresses Five Primary Areas:
• Mindfulness
• Tools
• Empathy
• Communication
• Leadership
The MTTC consists of residential and online meetings. We have the option to change the course into a full online course depending on the regulations due to the pandemic. The residential periods take place at the Pauenhof Buddhist Centre, near Dusseldorf in Germany. It is not compulsory to attend residential sections if living outside Europe.
